Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons. However, if you do have an issue with your order then please contact me directly.

Faulty

On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, I will replace the item with something similar or provide you with a credit to use in store. Please contact me within 14 days on hello@bytate.co.uk.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment. Orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for and include tracking.
